| Description | Contractor shall provide, including, but not limited to, Spring and Fall clean-up, grounds maintenance and mowing, mulch and other related grounds maintenance and landscaping services (the "Landscaping Services") for Department of Developmental Services (DDS) ("Client Agency"), located at the following location(s) ("Facility"): a. 114 Hilltop Road, Trumbull b. 200 Newtown Avenue, Norwalk The Landscaping Services pertain to the entire Client Agency Facility. This Contract will be in effect from (the "Effective Date") through March 31, 2025.Questions regarding the state of Connecticut P-Card Program may be directed to the Procurement Card Program Administrator at DAS.PCardAdmin@ct.gov.The Client Agency reserves the right to change the frequency of scheduled Landscaping Services based upon weather and growing conditions. |
