Description

This scope of work is for sanitary sewer assessments for gravity sewers ranging from 8 inches to over 36 inches in diameter. It includes tiered assessments for 8 inches to 18 inches pipe diameter and TISCIT assessment for pipes larger than 18 inches in diameter. It also includes manholes condition assessments and ancillary work such as cleaning sewers, adjusting manholes, easement clearing, site restoration and performing sanitary sewer point repairs. The work is divided into two categories – Proactive Sewer Assessments and Reactive Sewer Assessments, both of which are occurring at the same time.
