Locations of Work : Bolton Avenue Community Center Boys and Girls Club (beds only) Broadway Resource Center Casson Street Teen Center Central Louisiana Business Incubator Downtown Mini Park Martin Community Center Martin Luther King Community Center The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and supervision necessary to provide landscape maintenance services. The work shall include but not be limited to; 1. Lawns: mowing, edging, weed control, and insect / disease control. 2. Trees: pruning, mulching, insect / disease control, weed control, and irrigation. 3. Landscape Bed Areas: pruning, fertilization, mulching, insect / disease control, weed control, and irrigation. 4. Paved Areas: periodic cleaning and weed control. 5. Sanitation and Refuse Removal.
