Major quantities for the Work include: 5 TREE Clear & Grub 3,390 CY Common Excavation (P) 1,085 CY Aggregate Base Class 5 (P) 1,120 TON Wearing Course Mixture 2,020 SF 4-Inch Concrete Walk with Aggregate Base 680 LF Concrete Curb & Gutter Design B618 1,355 LF 4-Inch Solid White Striping Paint 5 SF F&I Sign Panels Type C 1 LS Electrical System A 80 LF 12-Inch RC Pipe Sewer 5,550 SY Seeding 1,205 LF Fence (10-feet & 6-feet) 2,645 SY Acrylic Surface and Striping 2 EACH Tennis Net Posts, Nets, and Net Anchors 4 EACH Basketball Hoop System Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A Contractor responding to these Bidding Documents must submit to the City/Owner a signed statement under oath by an owner or officer verifying compliance with each of the minimum criteria in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3. This Work shall be subject to minimum wages and labor standards in accordance with City of St. Cloud ordinances.
