Levy Welding Material Storage

Build an approximate 1,400 square foot material storage compound immediately east of the welding shop. This compound will be used to house storage of material which is currently stored inside of Building L3 and within the compound at Building L2. The new compound will include a metal frame and roof structure covering a concrete pad. Perimeter will be 10’ tall chain link fence and some concrete block. All construction to be done per the drawing package from Rispoli and Associates Architects. Project will include the addition of a new doorway into the existing building east side connecting to the new compound. Additional lighting is to be considered as an alternative adder.
