| Description | The City of Brentwood, Tennessee is currently soliciting bids for regular inspections and annual service in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations of eleven (11) emergency generators owned by the City of Brentwood. Regular inspections and service are to occur on a semi-annual basis of all generators and related equipment. Vendors bidding are encouraged to perform site visits of all generators prior to bidding. Prices quoted shall be honored for a minimum of three (3) years effective May 1, 2023, with optional (1) year extensions upon agreement of both parties. Bidders shall submit all inquiries regarding this bid via the City's e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement. |
