Electrical Maintenance and Repair Service

The Virginia Department of Transportation, herein referred to as "VDOT," is soliciting bids from qualified firms to establish a time and materials contract with two (2) qualified Class A Contractors, as a Primary and Secondary, to provide electrical maintenance, repair, improvement and renovation services for facilities located within the Northern Virginia (NOVA) District which is comprised of the counties of Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun and Prince William. VDOT seeks a Class "A" DPOR Licensed Contractor specializing in Electrical Services registered for the following specialty, ELE (Electrical). The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to complete the services described herein on an on-call, as needed, basis. Period : From the date of award for a period of one (1) year, with four (4) optional one year renewal periods. Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Lora Hagarty at Lora.Hagarty@VDOT.virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions no later than 3:00 PM on March 1, 2023.
