Description Provide all shop, labor, materials, equipment and supervision sufficient to furnish and install thirteen (13) replacement side to side sliding windows for the Virginia State Police Area Office 61 located in Richmond, Virginia. 1. Remove and dispose of all existing windows including interior trim and finish work. Remove and repair/replace any rotted trim boards, studding sills etc. at windows. 2. Clean and prep area in for window installation. 3. Furnish and install new windows. Windows shall be vinyl clad metal double hung windows. Minimum window requirements are double glazing, gas filled, warm edge spacers, Low E glass and Energy Star approved. 4. Contractor shall ensure that all windows are installed plumb and operate smoothly
