| Description | Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, prevailing wages, insurance, bonds, and personnel to replace roofing system, windows, doors, siding, insulation, trim, and porch restoration on the exterior of Building 185, Residence Six (6). 2. Please carefully review and consider the minimum qualifications, and the detailed Scope of Work located in Attachment 18, Sample Agreement, Exhibit A, Scope of Work, in order to complete your bid. 3. Contractor is to replace, and install new roofing system, replace windows, exterior doors, siding, trim, insulation, and porch restoration for Building 185, Residence Six (6). Contractor will be responsible for all field measurements prior to submission of bid. |
