Description

Onsite preventative maintenance services for Coastal Carolina Community College. The agreement will be to provide maintenance and services campus wide for its mechanical equipment (water-to-air heat pumps, water-to-water heat pump, hot water boilers, exhaust fans and ventilators). Services will include filter changes six (6) times during the year. The awarded Vendor will be responsible for parts coverage for air cooled condenser coil cleaning and all filters.
