Description

The enclosed packet contains an INVITATION TO BID (ITB) for Electrical Supply, Lamps and Ballasts Please review and follow the information and instructions contained in the general and special provisions section of the invitation. Should you need additional information, please contact Dennis J Smith at dennis.smith@delaware.gov. All questions with regard to the interpretation of this Invitation must be received in writing by August 31, 2022 by 4:00 pm local time Each vendor's contract shall be valid for a one (1) year period from November 1, 2022, through October 31, 2023. Each contract may be renewed for four (4) additional one (1) year extension periods through negotiation between the contractor and Government Support Services. Negotiation must be initiated no later than ninety (90) days prior to the termination of the current agreement.
