Land Clearing for Family Services of Southeast Texas

Bids are to be sealed and addressed to Deborah Tomov, Executive Director with name marked on the outside of the envelope. Bidders shall foaward an original and two (2) copies of their bid to the address shown below. Family Services of Southeast Texas does not accept bids submitted electronically. Late bids will be rejected as non-responsive. Bids will be privately opened and read aloud in the Family Services of Southeast Texas Administrative Offices at the time and date below. Within ten (10) days after the date of the signing of a contract, the bidder shall furnish a performance bond to the Owner for the full amount of the contract, if the contract exceeds one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000). If the contract is for one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) or less, the Owner may provide that no money be paid to the contractor until completion and acceptance of the work or the fulfillment of the purchase obligation to the Owner.
