Route 13 Connector Road

Construction of Route 13 Connector Road including highway, roundabouts, bridge and associated work in the Town and Village of Horseheads, Chemung County. This project is a Locally Administered Federal-Aid Funded Project. The Route 13 Connector Road (PIN 6754.12) includes highway construction, improvements to the multiple intersections including construction of roundabouts, and bridge construction. The work includes but is not limited to mobilization, survey and stakeout, work zone traffic control, erosion and sediment control, highway construction, bridge construction, earthwork, storm sewer construction, and topsoil and lawn restoration. The project will be constructed in accordance with the Contract Plans and technical specifications.
