Hand Mowing and Trimming of Medians and Roadsides at Various Locations on I-83 from I-695 to Belfast Road in the Hereford Shop Area - Baltimore County

This open-ended, on-call, contract consists of hand mowing and trimming of medians and roadsides at various locations from I-695 (Exit 24) to Belfast Road (I-83 Exit 24) in the Hereford Shop Area in Baltimore County. This work includes ALL RAMPS, SIGNS, AND GUARDRAIL TO BE TRIMMED WITHIN 3 OF OBJECTS. All work on this contract must be performed by the contractor no work can be sub-contracted out for this project. This is a non-exclusive Contract. It does not include all work expected to be performed in the designated areas. Therefore, at times, other Contractors may be performing similar work that is not associated with this Contract. There will not be a pre-bid conference for this contract. Questions regarding this contract must be submitted to the procurement officer in writing at least three days prior to the bid opening. The duration / term of the contract is (24) months from the Notice to Proceed or when total payments reach accepted bid price, whichever comes first.
