Description | The City of Ann Arbor (City) and The University of Michigan (U-M) have each made bold commitments to address the global climate crisis with justice as a core principle, and both are working collaboratively to advance progress on shared climate goals. While this RFP is specifically focused on Solar and Energy Storage Installations for City Sites, the U-M and the City are collaborating in the release our respective RFPs in the hope that firms will bid on both projects and simultaneously help both institutions significantly increase the amount of onsite renewable energy while also leveraging economies of scale. All questions regarding this Request for Proposal (RFP) shall be submitted via e-mail. Questions will be accepted and answered in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFP. All questions shall be submitted on or before March 8, 2023 at 1:00 p.m., andshould be addressed as follows: Scope of Work/Proposal Content questions shall be e-mailed to Simi Barr, Energy Analyst, City of Ann Arbor -sbarr@a2gov.org. RFP Process and Compliance questions shall be e-mailed to Colin Spencer, Buyer - CSpencer@a2gov.org No pre-proposal meeting will be held for this RFP. Please contact staff indicated above with general questions regarding the RFP. To be considered, each firm must submit a proposal to this RFP using the format provided in Section III. No other distribution of proposals is to be made by the prospective proposer. An official authorized to bind the proposer to its provisions must sign the proposal. Each proposal must remain valid for at least one hundred and twenty (120) days from the due date of this RFP |
