TCCD Northwest Campus Re-Development

The Campus encompasses approximately 190 acres and in excess of 650,000 SF of buildings.    TCCD and consultants, it has been concluded that the current age and condition of numerous buildings on the Northwest Campus require that some buildings be demolished,some buildings are repaired and renovated and some new replacement buildings are constructed. In addition, the overall site of the Campus will need to be re-developed to some extent. The overall summary and approximate square footage range for the conceptual direction is: 1. New Early College High School Building and additional Campus space of 50,000 to 70,000 SF. 2. New Building #1 of 175,000 to 225,000 SF. 3. New Building #2 of 75,000 to 100,000 SF. 4. Renovation/Repair of WCTS Bldg. of 50,000 to 75,000 SF. 5. Renovation/Repair of WACB Bldg. of 25,000 to 30,000 SF. 6. Approximately 250,000 SF of Building Demolition: (Bldgs. WATB, WSTU, WTLO, WFAB, and WADM) 7. Exterior Building Repair (and some potential interior remedial / renovation work) to WHPE, WBSA, WACB, and WCTS Bldgs 8. The types of interior spaces that will need to be programmed, planned, and designed for include, but are not limited to: classrooms, staff spaces, support spaces, science labs, computer labs, theater, onboarding center, library/learning commons areas, and collaboration zones. 9. Division 08 -	Openings, Doors and Frames, Windows.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
