The City of Knoxville Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking to purchase: Tennis Court, Pickleball Court & Basketball Court Maintenance at Multiple Sites throughout the City. This project includes tennis, pickleball, and basketball court recoating, crack maintenance/patching, and court accessories for the following: o (11) Tennis courts at West Hills Park - 410 North Winston Road, Knoxville, TN 37909 o (1) Basketball court at West Hills Park - 410 North Winston Road, Knoxville, TN 37909 o (6) Pickleball courts at West Hills Park - 7624 Sheffield Drive, Knoxville TN 37909 o (2) 1/2 size basketball courts at Skyline Park - 1050 Beaman Lake Road, Knoxville TN 37914 o (1) Tennis court at Skyline Park - 1050 Beaman Lake Road, Knoxville, TN 37914 o (2) Tennis courts at Edgewood Park - 3109 Ocoee Trail, Knoxville, TN 37917 The following sites shall be optional and include pricing per site o (2) Basketball courts at William Powell Park -1900 Linden Ave, Knoxville, TN 37917 o (1) Basketball court at Frajan Campbell Park - 1300 Moses Ave, Knoxville, TN 37921 o (1) Basketball court at Babe Ruth Park - 2007 Natchez Street, Knoxville, TN 37915 o (1) Basketball court at Whitlow Logan Park - 4228 Whitlow Avenue, Knoxville, TN 37919 o (1) Basketball court Baxter Avenue Park - 218 East Baxter Avenue, Knoxville, TN 37921 o (2) Basketball courts at Cecil Webb Park - 923 Baker Avenue, Knoxville, TN 37920 o (2) Basketball courts at Harriet Tubman Park - 300 Harriet Tubman St, Knoxville, TN 37915 No interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications or other pre-bid documents will be made to any bidder orally. Each request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to James McKeehan, Assistant Purchasing Agent for the City of Knoxville, 400 Main Street, Room 667, Knoxville, TN 37902, or emailed to jmckeehan@knoxvilletn.gov. To be given consideration, such requests/questions must be received at least five(5)business days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. The City of Knoxville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept or reject any items thereon, to waive technicalities or informalities, to split orders if in the best interest of the City, to evaluate bids by various criteria, and to accept any bid which, in its opinion, may be for the best interest of the City. The City of Knoxville's Fiscal Year 2022 goal is to conduct 4.3% of its business with minority owned businesses, 10.7% of its business with women-owned businesses, and 37.1% with small businesses.
