| Description | Inspection of approximately 575,000 linear feet (LF) of 6-inch to 30-inch pressure pipe lines (water main, force main, reclaim) with an internal free-swimming acoustic device. inspection will involve inserting an acoustic monitoring device into a pressurized main, which will be propelled by the pipe flow. The device will be tracked from above ground and extracted from the discharge location of the pressurized pipe. The pressurized pipe will remain in service. After the inspection is complete, the inspection data will be downloaded, analyzed, and identified location(s) of leaks and gas pockets will be documents. The information will be provided to the County as an output file |
