Description

The Project is located on Azalea Lane off Kingsley Avenue in the Town of Orange Park. The Project limits are on the east side, northbound lane of Azalea Lane approx. 425 ft south of the Kingsley Avenue intersection. The major work elements include, but are not limited to, the following: Scope BASE BID: • Remove and replace existing a portion of an existing Paved Roadway • Remove and replace Concrete Curb and Gutter • Excavate, remove, and replace a portion of two 48" RCP storm drains • Remove and replace an existing PVC and Cast-Iron Sanitary sewer main • Install a new Manhole • To include, dewatering, by-pass pumping and all other required construction to replace an existing sanitary sewer pipeline Scope ALTERNATE BID: • Excavations to generally 8' depth for installation of new sanitary sewer Manhole • Pipe Burst from New manhole to existing downstream manhole (Approx. 40LF) and Install 10" HDPE (DR-11) pipe • To include, dewatering, by-pass pumping and all other required construction to replace an existing sanitary sewer pipeline
