Agricultural Annex Steam Line Replacement

Labor and materials to replace underground Steam Line piping (approx 550 ft) and condensate piping (approx 550 ft). The underground steam line piping and condensate piping that run from the Agricultural Annex building underground to the nearby steam vault have decided to be completely replaced. It is known the condensate line is leaking and costing WVU for unreturned condensate. It is also possible the steam line also has a leak, however the main purpose to replacing the steam line was to service it as work was already being performed on the nearby condensate line. There is approximately 550 feet of steam line piping and 550 feet of condensate piping to be replaced. WVU currently has some length of these piping that may be used in the replacement. Additionally, work on the steam and condensate piping will be constrained to the University outage which Description typically takes place in the first week of June.
