Description

Scope: The Project includes qualified Architectural or Engineering Firms to provide professional design and construction administration services for upgrading the main electrical distribution panels at the Caroline Street Development with a prime address of 26 Caroline Street, New Bedford, MA 02740. The related work includes replacing the existing exterior building main distribution panels, meter bases, circuit panels, & outdoor low voltage communication boxes. At some locations the building electrical mast must be raised in height. Additionally, the housing where this equipment currently resides at each building requires replacing. There will be site work necessary for the construction of new concrete pads for the new attached equipment sheds. Estimate Value: $300,000.
