Exhibit A – Parcel A, is approximately 236,610 square feet and is located immediately east of Runway 18-= 36 and Parallel Taxiway C with immediate access to landside Exhibit A1 – Parcel D, is approximately 109,395 square feet and is located immediately west of Runway 18- 36 with access to Taxiway A. The sites are offered in as is condition. Proposer shall identify the preferred development site within their proposal. The awarded proposer(s) shall be entirely responsible for the design (subject to reasonable approval by the CCAA), permitting, site preparation and construction.
