Replace Roofs - Field House and Central Heating Plant

The work of this single bid project includes the replacement of the existing EPDM roofs on the 102,000 SF Field House roof and the 7,400 SF Central Heating Plant roof. The Field house replacement work will include the main roof, penthouse roofs, and entry canopies. The Central Heating Plant roof replacement includes the flat and sloping sections, along with removing abandoned curbs and flashings. New roof drains and additional insulation will be included with the new systems. Recaulking clerestory windows and louvers will also be included at the Heating Plant. PCB sealant remediation is also part of the Work. Plans will be available after July 11, 2022 through Camelot Print and Copy Center (518-435-9696 or website. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 9/13 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
