The project scope includes the new construction of a 210,000 and a 1,101,500-square-foot industrial building on 180 acres. As of October 7, 2022 the project is in planning stage. A building permit has not been submitted to the City of Statesville. Information regarding the architect, general contractor and method of selection has not been disclosed. Construction is planned to begin in 2023.
