Description

The Project will entail removal and replacement of all windows and curtainwall. This w/ill also require the replacement/upgrade of key components of the envelope to improve building performance, ease building maintenance requirements and improve security for building occupants. As well as replacing the HVAC systems for the Capitol Complex which includes: The Capitol, Senate Office Building, House Office Building, Historic Capitol and Knott Building. The CM must be capable of supplying workers that meet Florida Department of Law Enforcement criminal history Level 2 background checks. Selections will be made in accordance with Chapter 287.055, Florida Statutes. Current funding is approximately $36,000,000.00 with additional funding contingent upon future appropriation by the Legislature.
