Cocke County Government invites separate sealed bids for the rehab of two (2) homes and the demolition/construction of one(1) new homes in Cocke County, TN The successful bidder will be required to execute an acceptable application to qualify as an approved bidder/ contractor with TCAC. The successful bidder shall commence work with adequate force and equipment on a date to be specified in a written order of Cocke Co and shall complete work within the time prescribed in the contract documents. Cocke County Government reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding.
