Description

The Carroll County Department of Recreation and Parks (CCRP) requests the services of a qualified Landscape and/or General Site Work Contractor to provide the expertise, work, labor, and materials for sidewalk construction for a memorial at Westminster Veterans Memorial Park. Westminster Veterans Memorial Park is located at Crest Lane, Westminster, MD. - The Work consists of, but not limited to: work area security measures, sediment and erosion control measures, site grading, the installation ofbase materials and concrete flatwork, stained and/or stamped concrete, the construction ofretaining walls, finished grading, and seeding. All work must be substantially complete by August 31, 2023.
