The County Commissioners of Charles County are hereby requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors to perform construction services to relocate approximately 700 linear feet (LF) of unnamed tributary to the Mattawoman Creek which currently crosses into several townhouse lots along Westdale Drive creating flooding conditions in residential back yards during heavy rain events.
