| Description | Goals: (VBE) goal is 3%, LDB goal is 10%. The project consists of the renovation/ installation of rubberized surfaces at ten existing high school tracks and field events (Year 2020 locations are East River HS, Timber Creek HS, Dr. Phillips HS, West Orange HS & Wekiva HS; Year 2021 locations are Lake Nona HS, Oak Ridge HS, Freedom HS, Evans HS, & Ocoee HS). Each site includes all work necessary to modify existing irrigation, track base, asphalt and concrete surfaces, concrete curbs, and installation of rubberized surface and event markings to achieve certification by IAAF/NCAA and compliance with NFHSA. | ||||||||
