Description | Sealed proposals are sought for: 1. the Paving Improvements for Wildcat Ranch, Phase 4 2. the Paving Improvements for Wildcat Ranch, Phase 7 3. the Paving Improvements for Wildcat Ranch, Phase 9 It is anticipated that the same paving contractor will be awarded three separate paving contracts and treated as one project, but the district reserves the right to award in a different manner if it is most advantageous to the District and results in the best and most economical completion of the Districts proposed facilities as defined by TWC 49.273. Bidders must register on this website to submit an electronic bid. Contractors will electronically enter into the bid proposal, found electronically their proposed pricing and upload only the bid security. Electronic bids do not include bids submitted by telegraphic or facsimile transmission. The Developer, SOCFM Developer, LLC. will be the Payor for the Wildcat Ranch, Phase 4 project, PMB Crandall Dev Co Ph 1, LLC., will be the Payor for the Wildcat Ranch, Phase 7 project, and GSPMB Wildcat, LLC. will be the Payor for the Wildcat Ranch, Phase 9 project for the Owner. SOCFM Developer, LLC. on behalf of Kaufman County Fresh Water Supply District No. 4B, and PMB Crandall Dev Co Ph 1, LLC. and GSPMB Wildcat, LLC. on behalf of Kaufman County Fresh Water Supply District No. 4A reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Boards judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project. (Texas Water Code 49.273) Separate bid securities in the form of bid bond or cashiers check payable to SOCFM Developer, LLC. on behalf of Kaufman County Fresh Water Supply District No. 4B, and PMB Crandall Dev Co Ph 1, LLC. and GSPMB Wildcat, LLC. on behalf of Kaufman County Fresh Water Supply District No. 4A in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid submitted, must accompany each Bid. The requirements of Subchapter J, Chapter 552, Government Code, may apply to this Bid and/or Contract and bidder/contractor agrees that the Contract can be terminated if the bidder/contractor knowingly or intentionally fails to comply with a requirement of that subchapter. Bidder/Contractor declares that it has not received from a governmental body a notice of noncompliance with a provision of Subchapter J, Chapter 552, Texas Government Code, or, if such notice has been received, bidder/ contractor has taken adequate steps to ensure future compliance with such subchapter and has provided or upon request will provide documentation of same. |
