Description | Location: 3457 Towne Boulevard, 3459 Towne Boulevard, and 3461 Towne Boulevard, Middletown, OH 45044 Plans call for the construction of a mixed-use development that includes a hotel, apartments, indoor/outdoor recreation, offices, restaurants, retail, and greenspace on approximately 32 acres. Zone A will include the hotel and a mixed-use office/ retail building. Zone B will contain both new and existing retail, entertainment and hospitality to include both a K1 Speedway and Hockey arena.
