Downtown Frankfort Wayfinding Sign Projects

As of September 6, 2022, there were no bids received.No definite date for the rebid. The City of Frankfort will receive sealed bids for the Downtown Frankfort Wayfinding Signs Project, and all work associated with that project A Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal of 5% has been established for this project. Bidders and DBE subcontractors must be prequalified with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet and possess a Certificate of Eligibility at the time of the bid opening. All other subcontractors must be prequalified when accepting subcontracts. Bid Bond (5%) must be provided with bid. Bidders are to submit their physical bid in a sealed envelope; the bidder shall clearly mark the sealed bid with the bid number, the description listed above, and the bid opening date and time. The City of Frankfort is not responsible for the premature opening of, or the failure to open, a sealed bid not properly addressed or identified. The City of Frankfort reserves the right to reject any and all bids received, and to select that bid which it determines to be in its best interest. The award of this bid will be made on the basis of the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
