Description

This early bid package, for award, includes the interior demolition of Building L 100 (Building A), and replacement of a major structural member supporting the Level 2 structure in Building A. Construction Managers at Risk (CMAR) to provide construction manager at risk services in connection with the final design and to perform the construction of its municipal complex build-out. work for the project involves the renovation to two (2) adjacent buildings located within the Marcel Town Center, 6611 West Cross Creek Bend Lane, in Fulshear, Texas. The first building is two (2) stories and will be renovated to become the City of Fulshear’s new City Hall. The second building is one (1) story and will be renovated to become the City’s new Police Department Building. The buildings will be connected with a covered walkway. The renovation work shall include selective demolition, exterior and interior finishes, lighting, MEP systems, Data Communications/IT and Security improvements. Structural columns on the first floor of the two-story building will be removed and the building structure supported to provide for the City Council Chambers.
