Description | The AHA is soliciting and accepting proposals from qualified, licensed, and insured consultants or companies, demonstrating their qualifications, past performance and interest for this work, to create a pool of one or more qualified consultants. Experience working with affordable housing funding sources and requirements is preferred. The term Proposer used herein shall mean proposers, partnerships, corporations, associations, or professional organizations. Questions in regard to the RFQ must be submitted in writing to Joseph Nagel, Construction Project Manager, at jnagel@alamedahsg.org by Friday, October 21, 2022 at 4:00PM. Responses to questions submitted will be posted here within three business days. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. |
