Batavia Government Center 2022 Interior and Exterior Remodeling Project

The work for which bids are to be received generally and briefly consists of the following: City of Batavia Government Center 2022 Interior and Exterior Remodeling Project: o Three floor remodeling project including demolition, environmental abatement, concrete at plumbing, carpentry, interior wood trim, (2) exterior door conditions, interior doors, new walls, ceilings and finishes, toilet accessories, new three-story concrete filled metal pan stairs, as well as mechanical, plumbing, electrical, lighting, fire detection and sprinklers throughout project. o Total square footage of the project is approximately 10,570 S.F. First Floor +/- 6,500 S.F. Second Floor +/- 3,400 S.F. Third Floor +/- 670 S.F. 5. All work shall be in accordance with the specifications as set forth in the Contract Documents, plans, State and Local regulations, codes, and OSHA and EPA requirements as applicable. The Owner intends to accept the lowest responsible bid and the Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, offers, or proposals submitted, or to advertise for new bids. The Owner reserves the right to defer the acceptance of any bid and the award of a Contract for a period not exceeding sixty (60) days after the date of opening the bids.
