The work includes roof replacement, window and siding replacement, structural repairs, painting, HVAC, plumbing and incidental related work for Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Buildings 8 and 10. Commissioning is not within project scope. Provide testing of new work as specified on contract drawings and specifications. But not limited to please review the specifications for a complete scope of work. The work is located at the MCLB Barstow, CA, approximately as indicated.
