| Description | The work includes the replacement of the existing two (2) air stacked chiller units with three (3) approximate 400 ton air-cooled chillers. The work also includes demolition and replacement of existing chiller enclosure with an aesthetic brick enclosure. Demo existing equipment pads and replace with properly sized pads for new equipment. Replace gravel mechanical yard with concrete yard. Provide temporary power for temporary/portable chiller. Repipe chilled water to provide isolation valves and a portable chiller tap for emergency situations. Configure controls and pumps to allow differential pumping and redundancy. Provide electrical upgrades to support new equipment. Replace the existing four (4) non-condensing hot water boilers, with new condensing hot water heating appliances. Replace LP gas lines and regulators in boiler room and incidental related work. |
