Pascua Yaqui Tribe Residential Property Demolition

Demo existing residential building, haul away, including traffic control, rough grade lot, and pull back utilities to demark location/meters. Utility services to remain, except cut back house lines to meters/poles as indicated on Demo Plan. The Contractor is to salvage or maintain in place, the Fig tree and the Pomegranate trees at the north end of the property, the rooftop HVAC unit is to be salvaged and set aside for the owner, the demolition to include 1 Modular trailer located at the South end of the property. The Contractor is to include hazardous material testing as required (Asbestos and Lead). The contractor is allowed to use the existing water source for dust control.
