| Description | 40% Local Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (LDBE) participation requirement. Provide IAD Concourse C/D Electrical Ductbank Rehabilitation and Feeder Replacement in accordance with the contract Documents. The work includes cleaning approximately 15,000 feet of existing ductbanks containing 5" Orangeburg conduits and installing epoxy liners, videotaping relined conduits, 11,000 feet of new 15KV feeders, associated deadbreaks, and connectors between multiple manholes which service seven electrical substations at Concourse C/D, Washington Dulles International Airport.
