Request for Qualifications for two Trade Contractor Packages: Early Roofing and Flashing (Second Request); Early Electrical (Second Request), for Holyoke Soldiers' Home - Long-term Care Facility and Campus Framework, Holyoke, MA. The Long-Term Care Project, when completed, will provide a new Soldiers' Home in Holyoke and long-term care of 234 veterans. This package includes early enabling work for a temporary air-cooled chiller to support the existing Home during construction.
