Public Safety Building Exterior Paint

The Project work includes: 1. Where there is a wood grid over white stucco board, remove the wood grid, paint all sides (including back) of the wood grid tan to match the original color, paint the white stucco board, then re-install the wood grid. 2. Four exterior steel doors and door frames are to be painted white. These are door B, C, G, and E. All surfaces, interior and exterior, of these doors and door frames are to be painted. The interior side of these exterior doors and door frames is the only interior painting in the project. These doors are also the only color change in the project, as most of them are currently brown and they are to be painted white. 3. Paint the white columns and metal framework at the front entry. 4. Paint all soffits and all white stucco board, including above the Police garage doors. 5. Paint the four steel bollards near the generator and trash enclosure behind the Fire Garage, the three bollards at the Police garage doors, and the one bollard at the sally port overhead door. 6. Paint metal trim adjacent to overhead doors. 7. The exterior side of the two cellular equipment room doors and door frames are to be painted to match the fitness room door. 8. Paint two rusting exhaust hoods. Paint color to be silver-gray.
