| Description | For Removing Snow and Sanding of Town Roads The Municipal Officers of the Town of Roxbury, Maine, acting with authority and on behalf of the Town, herby invite bids from quali- fied persons to provide the following: Removing snow and sanding of Town roads covering a total of 13.62 miles, in accordance with their general requirements of the Town. Additional requirements of the Town shall be that said contractor shall have or shall acquire a surety performance bond for full value of contract; shall have or shall acquire full liability insurance and workman's compensation insurance for the duration of the contract; shall have or shall acquire equipment as stated in contract. Said contract shall be for a period of three years. Bidders will be notified of the Municipal Officers decision. The municipal Officers of the Town of Roxbury reserve the right to accept or reject any and all bids and also reserve the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any bids received. |
