Project: Windsor Woods, Princess Anne Plaza & The Lakes Drainage Improvements Design-Build Project The City of Virginia Beach is requesting Statements of Qualification from qualified Design-Builders that have experience in the design and construction of large capacity stormwater pump stations (greater than 500 cubic feet per second (cfs) is strongly preferred), tide gates, flood barriers, and drainage system improvements, for the design and construction of the Windsor Woods, Princess Anne Plaza & The Lakes Drainage Improvements Project.
