1. Floors - Remove tile at entrance. Repair/replace soft spots of sub-floor in all rooms except front bedroom. Install new ½" plywood in all rooms except front bedroom, securely nailed/screwed/stapled per manufactures recommendation. Install new WPC flooring in all rooms but front bdrm. WPC material allowance $3/ s.f. 2. Rear Deck - Demo and remove both upper and lower decks. Rebuild upper deck with handicap ramp to grade. All to be dimensional PT lumber and 5/4 x 6" decking. Rails as needed per code. 3. Front Porch - Remove and rebuild front porch with PT lumber and 5/4 x 6" decking. Include secure graspable rails on both sides. Porch roof and supports are to remain. 4. Corner - Remove damaged siding and corner post. Replace with siding matching existing as close as possible. Prime and paint to match as close as possible.
