| Description | Replacement of existing wall mounted bathroom sinks A. The Work of the Contract consists of: 1. Remove and dispose of existing wall mounted bathroom sinks, faucets and associated plumbing. Install new sinks, faucet and drain assemblies according to plans. Project excludes units list on the drawings as well. 2. Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated not to be done. 3. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 4. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. B. Execution of Work: Work to be performed in timely and workmanlike fashion. Site must be cleaned up daily with access needed for overnight. C. Warranties/Guaranties: One full year on all workmanship. Full manufacturer's warranty (of no less than 1 year) on all materials. |
