Description

1.This project consists of civil work at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida for the period of the contract, In Accordance with Attachment 1- Statement of Work. Note that the contract scope excludes work within the main airfield and Drone Runway areas. 2. NAICS Code 237310. 3. This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. 4. The period of performance for this project will be for three (3) years with 3-1 year ordering periods. 5. The magnitude of this project IAW FAR 36.204(g), is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. 6. Payment and performance bonds shall be obtained at the individual task order level. 7. Follow the instructions in Section L (Instructions For Offerors) and Section M (Basis of Award). 8. Guaranteed minimum for the life of the contract is $2,000. 9. The Construction Wage Requirements Statue (formally Davis-Bacon), Highway, applies to each Task Order Award Period. 10. Site Visit: No site visits will be held for this solicitation however Tyndall AFB can be viewed by various online map services such as Google Maps. Offerors should submit any questions they may have in writing to Kristin Little (Contract Specialist) at kristin.little.2@us.af.mil and Bernard Husted (Contracting Officer) at bernard.husted.2@us.af.mil and 325cons.pkc.construction@us.af.mil , utilizing Attachment 06 RFI Template. All questions are due no later than 31 July 2023, 2:00 PM CST. Questions received after this date may not be answered. All answers will be posted to Sam.gov. Responses to questions shall be posted to SAM.gov web site. NOTE: Offerors are encouraged to submit all questions and requests for clarifications no later than close of business ten (10) calendar days after solicitation issued date (SF1442 block 3). The decision whether to respond to questions and requests for clarification after the due date shall be at the sole discretion of the Contracting Officer (CO). *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
