Work consists of a removal and replacement project, located at 420 N. Prairie St., Whitewater, WI consisting of removal of existing BUR roofing down to structural deck. Installation of mechanically attached deck sheathing (Steel deck area only RAI), self-adhered vapor retarder, 1/8" and 1/4" foot tapetTd insulation system (R-M) min) adhered, 6()-mil fully adhered black EPDM membrane. Prefinished sheet metal flashings (plywM)d sheathing and wood nailers needed at roof edges).
