The purpose of this ITB is to establish a Contract for the ODF HVAC Direct Digital Control System Upgrade Project: Salem Campus & Tillamook Forest Center. The Project involves upgrades and replacements to the HVAC Direct Digital Control Systems at two Oregon Department of Forestry administrative sites: 1.ODFs Main Campus Headquarters, and 2.
