Remove two existing 20 Ton rooftop package units. Furnish and install two new 20 Ton Trane TSD series rooftop package units. Remove existing 7.5 Ton rooftop package unit. Furnish and install a new 7.5 Ton Trane TSC series rooftop package unit. Properly remove the existing unit and dispose of according to local guidelines. Reattach the existing lightning protection system and provide recertification of roof lighting protection by a properly licensed lighting protection vendor. Curb adapters will be installed. Contractor will make needed measurements during pre-bid meeting to determine if new curb adapters are needed. This portion of work must meet Johns Manville roof warranty requirements. Replace the supply and return air ductwork from the unit to the roof penetration
