This project will be funded by a federal grant from HUD's Lead Hazard Reduction Demonstration (LHRD) and Healthy Homes (HH) Grant Programs. Email response will be posted by THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 8, 2022, 1:00 pm. Attached is the SCOPE OF WORK to be addressed. Complete and return the LSW Contractor Application form with your bid. Bids Will Not Be Accepted Without This Form. * Note to bidders: Access to the property prior to submitting bids will be by attending the Preconstruction Site Visit ONLY. Please confirm your attendance in advance of the Preconstruction Site Visit by contacting Mr. Munz via the phone number or email address shown above. The County will select the lowest qualified bid and prepare a contract that will include a notice to proceed with work. Home improvement contractors must have a current license issued by the Westchester County Department of Consumer Protection.
